Thai Visa Assist provides legal consultation and application assistance for Thailand's Long-Term Resident (LTR) visa programme. Our services include eligibility assessment, document preparation, application submission, and liaison with Thai government agencies.
2. Eligibility Checker
The eligibility checker on our website provides a preliminary, non-binding indication of your potential eligibility for the LTR visa. Results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice or guarantee approval of any visa application.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
While we strive for the highest success rate, we cannot guarantee the approval of any visa application. Final decisions rest solely with the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) and Immigration Bureau. Our fees cover the professional services rendered, not the outcome.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information for your application.
- Supply all requested documents in a timely manner.
- Inform us promptly of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your application.
- Ensure you meet the minimum requirements for the LTR visa category you are applying under.
5. Fees & Payment
Service fees are discussed during your initial consultation and agreed upon before any work commences. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept bank transfer and PromptPay.
6. Confidentiality
All information shared with us during the consultation and application process is treated as strictly confidential, in accordance with Thai law and professional legal ethics standards.
7. Limitation of Liability
Thai Visa Assist shall not be liable for any delays, rejections, or adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client, changes in Thai immigration law or policy, or decisions made by Thai government authorities.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
